1. What Astrolysis is
Astrolysis is an AI-assisted astrology product. Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You must be 13+ to use the app and 18+ for paid features.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. Don't share your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Subscriptions
Plus is billed monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime payment via Razorpay in INR. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan.
4. Refunds
We refund any subscription within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days we refund pro-rated remaining time on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime purchases are refundable within 7 days only. Email hello@astrolysis.com.
5. Acceptable use
Don't try to extract or abuse the AI for harmful purposes (medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial speculation framed as certainty, harassment, illegal activity). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
Astrology is a reflective practice. Astrolysis makes no claim that any reading predicts the future or determines an outcome. Decisions you make based on the app are your own.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrolysis is liable to you for at most the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a stronger forum.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email and on first sign-in after a change.
