1. Monthly and annual plans
7-day, no-questions-asked refund. Within seven days of your first payment for a given billing cycle (or the first day of any renewal), email us and we'll refund the full amount.
After 7 days, we may refund pro-rated unused time on a case-by-case basis if there's a clear product issue. Cancellation outside the refund window stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period.
2. Lifetime plan
14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Lifetime is a bigger commitment, so we give you twice as long to decide. After 14 days the purchase is non-refundable.
3. Used AI-credit allowances
AI-credit packs (any one-time top-up of questions, tarot pulls, or generated content) are non-refundable once used. When you spend a credit, we've already paid our AI provider for that token usage — we can't claw that back. Unused credits remain on your account or are refundable within the 7-day window above.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@astrolysis.com from the address registered on your Astrolysis account.
- Include the payment receipt ID (you'll find it on your Razorpay receipt email, or in Settings → Plan).
- A one-line reason is helpful but not required. We won't push back.
5. Processing time
We acknowledge refund requests within two business days. Once approved, Razorpay credits the refund back to your original payment method in 5–7 business days. UPI and wallet refunds are often faster; international cards can take longer depending on your bank.
6. What happens to your data after a refund
A refund cancels the subscription, but doesn't delete your account. Your chart and history stay until you ask us to delete them. See the Privacy Policy for how to delete or export your data.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to the same email thread and we'll escalate it internally. Razorpay also operates its own dispute process; we'd rather resolve it with you directly first.
